Senior Director, Program Delivery

Location: Remote within the United States; not available for hire or work in New Mexico or Hawaii.

Salary: $180,000–$195,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead a team of project managers and represent program management at the office leadership level.
• Oversee multi-year, multi-million-dollar engagements with parallel project tracks and interconnected teams.
• Manage client expectations, strategic discussions, presentations, communication, and deliverable quality.
• Establish and improve program management processes, methodologies, and ways of working.
• Assess change and risk management across hybrid client and internal teams.
• Mentor, motivate, and develop project management professionals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience structuring, leading, and growing complex multi-year, multi-million-dollar engagements.
• Experience working in a client services organization, preferably with consulting firms or interactive agencies.
• Understanding of web and application development and design lifecycles.
• Knowledge of web technologies and emerging technologies including AR/VR, voice, and AI.
• Strong appreciation for design and user experience, with the ability to work across multiple disciplines.
• Must be eligible to work remotely within the United States; New Mexico and Hawaii are excluded.
