Location: Remote, but the successful candidate must live in a state where hirify.global operates: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia. Up to 25% travel may be required.

What you will do

• Build the transformation program intake process, scoring template, sprint tracking system, and meeting cadence.
• Own sprint cycles end to end, tracking tasks, owners, commitments, and blockers across IT, Data & Analytics, and business teams.
• Maintain dependency logs and escalate conflicts across concurrent initiatives before they cause delays.
• Manage the initiative intake queue and coordinate scoring with the Business Process Manager before submissions reach IT.
• Produce sprint reviews, portfolio summaries, and executive-ready program status reports.
• Coordinate program meetings, decisions, action items, risks, and commitments across technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in program coordination or project management within a transformation, technology, or consulting environment.
• Experience managing sprint or Agile-style work cycles across multiple initiative types.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management, written communication, and accountability skills.
• Experience creating tracking systems and using platforms such as Jira or Smartsheet.
• Ability to produce clear executive-ready status reporting for technical and business audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master, CAPM, or PMP certification.
• Telecom or similarly complex operational environment experience.
• Experience with Lucidchart, Power BI, Tableau, Claude, or ChatGPT.
