Program Manager (SaaS)

Location: San Francisco, CA or Remote (USA)

Salary: $189K–$216K annually, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic, cross-functional programs from scoping through launch.
• Define scopes, schedules, milestones, deliverables, owners, and budgets with stakeholders.
• Coordinate priorities and communication across Leadership, Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Success, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Identify technical, financial, and operational risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues.
• Define KPIs, report program health to leadership, and use data to improve prioritization and execution.
• Lead rollout of tools, processes, and workflows, including user training and documentation, while supporting capacity planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or a related technical environment.
• Technical fluency and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Linear, or similar project management tools and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and experience defining and tracking KPIs.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments with rapidly changing roadmaps.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience; PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar certification.

Nice to have

• Experience working with or selling into large enterprise or Big Four-style customers.
• Background in audit and accounting or regulated and compliance-adjacent fields such as security, privacy, or fintech.
• Experience scaling program management practices at an early- or growth-stage startup.
