HR Executive
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to support the effective delivery of day-to-day HR operations and employee services across the organization.
The role is responsible for coordinating key HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including employee documentation, recruitment support, onboarding, personnel administration, HR reporting, employee records management, and policy implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Oracle system, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS and ERP systems is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or HR administration in the UAE.
• Experience in property development, real estate, construction, engineering, or related industries is an advantage.
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
