What you will do
- Provide HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, from joining through contract expiry.
- Manage onboarding and induction for new hires.
- Operate and improve core HR systems, processes, policies, and employee records.
- Manage full-cycle employment processes for expatriates and provide occasional relocation support.
- Support compensation reviews, benefits, performance and talent management, and training initiatives.
- Provide operational support to other regional HR teams when needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist.
- Knowledge of UAE labor regulations is required.
- Experience with visas, immigration policies, different employment types, and related procedures.
- Experience working with external vendors and HR administration requirements.
- English: B2+.
- Ukrainian: B2+.

- Knowledge of broader MENA labor regulations.
