Customer Service Representative (AI Healthcare)

What you will do

• Communicate with partner laboratory personnel to manage sample and document requests.
• Triage order issues and coordinate shipping and receiving.
• Work with Customer Success, Sales, Lab, and other teams to support customer retention and turnaround-time goals.
• Build trusted relationships with laboratory employees, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Identify customer needs and provide timely, professional solutions.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients by telephone and email.
• Fast, polite, empathetic, and professional approach to resolving customer issues.
• Highly organized, systematic, accurate, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-level team.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of general office equipment and software.

Nice to have

• Four-year degree in Biological Sciences or a similar field.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to new processes.
