Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

Location: Lakeland, Florida, United States. Complete in-office training is required, followed by an 80% on-site and 20% off-site schedule.

Salary: $19.06–$23.82 per hour ($38,405.90–$47,997.30 annually), plus applicable bilingual, evening, and weekend differentials.

What you will do

• Handle incoming calls and messages from auto insurance policyholders.
• Guide customers through coverage needs, policy changes, and billing inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide clear recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products and identify relevant cross-selling opportunities.
• Support customer satisfaction through empathetic and solution-oriented interactions.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer-facing experience; three or more years preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, empathy, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High-volume call center experience with KPIs and measurable goals is preferred.

Nice to have

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license.
