Strategy Analyst (AI SaaS)

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €40,000–€70,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop AI-enabled go-to-market ideas and partner initiatives.
• Own partner reporting for management and recommend new strategic initiatives.
• Design scalable processes and coordinate implementation across teams.
• Build and maintain tracking systems to monitor performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Develop strategic partnerships outside Spain and replicate successful Spanish market initiatives internationally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a degree from a Tier-1 business school.
• 2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, startups, or venture capital.
• Strong interest in the technology scale-up ecosystem and understanding of SaaS business models.
• Demonstrable analytical skills, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines in changing conditions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with stakeholders and business leaders.
• Fluent English and Spanish required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected; CRM experience is beneficial.

• French, German, or Italian language skills.
