Strategy Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €40,000–€70,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop AI-driven ideas and execute new go-to-market actions through partner motions.
• Own partner reporting for management and propose new strategic initiatives.
• Design scalable processes and coordinate implementation across teams.
• Build and maintain tracking systems to monitor business performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Identify strategic partnerships outside Spain and replicate successful Spanish market initiatives across other markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a degree from a Tier-1 business school.
• 2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, startups, or venture capital.
• Strong interest in the technology scale-up ecosystem and understanding of SaaS business models.
• Demonstrable analytical skills for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
