What you will do

• Develop data-driven insights to support CX business goals focusing on retention, subscription, and support.
• Define KPIs and reporting needs to track performance and drive improvements.
• Own full project lifecycle from business case to launch and post-launch iteration.
• Provide analytical guidance and quality assurance to CSI Data Analysts and other business analysts.
• Create dashboards and tracking using SQL and BI tools.
• Present business cases and insights to leadership for approval and budget.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Barcelona, Spain
• Fluency in English required
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or business field with finance specialization.
• Minimum 3 years experience in data analysis with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, database skills, and data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with AI tools and ability to integrate AI-driven solutions.
