Business Analyst (Conferences Business Solutions)

Location: Barcelona; hybrid work environment. Willingness to travel up to 10 times per year to support conferences worldwide.

What you will do

• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define needs, prioritize opportunities, and create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze business problems, opportunities, risks, processes, workflows, data, and system capabilities.
• Translate business and technology strategies into requirements, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with technology teams throughout requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and solution validation.
• Identify improvements to user experiences and operational processes, including automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Support conference operations by resolving business and technology challenges remotely and onsite.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, product delivery, project management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, facilitation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to elicit feedback, document requirements, and communicate across business and technical audiences.
• Understanding of business systems, integrations, data flows, and technology concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; willingness to travel up to 10 times per year.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar platforms.
