Analyst, O2C- Export (Order Management)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end customer orders, including order creation, confirmation, monitoring, and customer expectation management.
• Coordinate shipments with plant sites and Intercompany Services, including shipping instructions and documentation.
• Generate billing and process free-of-charge orders, returns, credit memos, and debit memos in line with policy and tax requirements.
• Resolve customer and business partner inquiries, including non-standard issues affecting cash collection, revenue recognition, or customer satisfaction.
• Support internal controls, SOX compliance, audits, KPI targets, reporting deadlines, and service-level delivery.
• Contribute to system enhancements, process improvements, knowledge transfer, and compliant master data management.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent experience in order management, export operations, or accounting.
• Intermediate knowledge of order management and accounting functions.
• Intermediate experience with ERP systems, including the SAP module, and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient English is mandatory.
• Experience supporting low- to medium-complexity tasks and small- to medium-sized projects.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Mandarin language skills for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce.
• Lean or Six Sigma exposure.
• Experience with order management and export operations in a multinational company or shared service environment.
