What you will do

• Lead daily regional Control Tower activities, ensuring consistent service delivery, governance, customer SOP adherence, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex operational issues and coordinate resolutions with operations teams, carriers, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise and coach Logistics Specialists, allocate workload and resources, and support a collaborative, customer-focused, high-performance team culture.
• Lead operational governance meetings, customer implementations, onboarding, transition activities, and process stabilization.
• Monitor shipments and manage risks involving delays, capacity, documentation, customs, and other operational exceptions.
• Analyze performance, develop dashboards and executive reports, drive continuous improvement, support pricing and costing analysis, and identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three to five years of operational experience required.
• Ability to learn operational systems and visibility applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional environment, with good coordination and multitasking capability.
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and support business growth initiatives.

• Teamwork and leadership experience are strongly desired.
