What you will do

• Process export orders and place bookings with carriers based on contracts and routing guides.
• Coordinate truck and container arrangements with transporters to ensure timely cargo movement.
• Manage shipping documentation, including SI submissions and Bill of Lading (BL) confirmations.
• Monitor shipment statuses and track order progression to meet strict KPI deadlines.
• Execute vendor cost take-up and customer billing upon completion of deliveries.
• Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping for audit purposes.

Requirements

• Ability to manage high-volume email communication and prompt system updates.
• Strong attention to detail for monitoring shipping deadlines and cargo ready dates.
