TL;DR

Supplier Lifecycle and Performance Project Administrator Intern (Supplier Management/Master Data): Supporting global supplier registration, master data validation, issue resolution, reporting, and data cleanup with an accent on Ariba, MDG, and supplier process tracking. Focus on troubleshooting registration issues, identifying data inconsistencies, and maintaining accurate supplier records in Kuala Lumpur.

What you will do

Support global Supplier Lifecycle and Performance administration activities.
Process supplier registrations in Ariba and validate MDG change requests.
Monitor supplier registration progress and follow up on incomplete registrations.
Help suppliers resolve registration issues using videos and job aids.
Analyze and resolve master data system issues and MBS tickets.
Run supplier status reports, identify inconsistencies, and support master data cleanup.

Requirements

English speaking and writing skills required.
Good communication skills and logical thinking.
Quick learner with strong teamwork and accountability.
Good knowledge of Excel and Word.
Immediate availability for a six-month internship.
