What you will do

• Configure and maintain SAP work breakdown structures and network activities for customer project sales orders.
• Track project costs and margins and coordinate adjustments with project stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end project Order-to-Cash process, including quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Maintain billing plans, monitor project status, and support timely invoicing.
• Coordinate purchasing, supplier confirmations, delivery schedules, and shipment documentation.
• Manage inbound and outbound SAP bookings and maintain audit-ready project records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in order management, project management, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly SAP OTC, PTP, and PltP modules, as well as Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of project order management, supply chain principles, and business compliance.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, service-oriented, and coordination skills.
• Good written and spoken English is required. Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin, is advantageous.
