Team Lead IT Software Development (.NET)

Location: Hamburg, Germany or Tajonar, Spain; hybrid setup with up to 8 days of mobile work per month

What you will do

• Define and evolve the software development strategy in line with digital transformation objectives.
• Own end-to-end delivery from requirements clarification through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical direction on architecture, system design, and implementation using C# and .NET.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, enterprise architecture principles, security requirements, and quality practices.
• Lead and develop a team of software engineers while supporting performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee incident management and drive root cause analysis and sustainable resolutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 years of software development experience in a structured IT environment.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and system design principles.
• Experience with Azure environments, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide and develop diverse engineering teams.
• Fluent English is required; German or Spanish is beneficial.
