Corporate Development Manager (M&A)

What you will do

• Identify, assess, and execute mergers, acquisitions, investments, partnerships, joint ventures, and divestitures.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to evaluate corporate development opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and evaluations of emerging technologies, business models, and adjacent markets.
• Lead transaction workstreams covering sourcing, financial modeling, valuation, strategic analysis, due diligence, deal execution, closing, and integration planning.
• Improve corporate development processes, market intelligence, and acquisition playbooks, including the use of AI and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline preferred.
• 3–5 years of transaction experience in investment banking, corporate development, and/or private equity.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, strategic analysis, quantitative analysis, accounting, and operating metrics.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders across the enterprise.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Travel may be required.
