Corporate Development Manager

Location: Remote first, with some domestic and international travel expected; associated with New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, Chicago, IL, and Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $153,000–$225,000 USD base salary, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Participate in the full M&A and investment deal cycle, including sourcing, strategic and financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and integration.
• Build relationships with leaders at emerging and established companies, investment banks, venture capital firms, and private equity firms.
• Coordinate diligence, transaction execution, and integration across operations, engineering, product, finance, accounting, and legal teams.
• Research industries, companies, and technologies that could accelerate hirify.global’s strategic objectives.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and presentations to analyze industries and prospective M&A opportunities.
• Support cross-functional capital markets and financing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and broad quantitative analysis.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Strategic, driven, and analytical approach with an understanding of the local delivery economy and competitive landscape.
• Ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams in a fast-changing environment.
