Senior Manager of Strategic Finance (Web3)

Location: Remote within New York, Connecticut, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, or Virginia

Salary: $124,000–$207,000 for Tier 2 or $142,000–$237,000 for Tier 1, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Lead valuation, total addressable market, market research, and competitive intelligence analyses.
• Analyze pricing and packaging models and influence pricing strategy across products, segments, geographies, and public and private sector markets.
• Own and enhance the long-range financial model, including dynamic models and sensitivity analyses for blockchain and crypto industry factors.
• Build the financial model into the planning tool and develop sophisticated scenario analyses for M&A, partnerships, new market entry, and other capital allocation decisions.
• Track post-investment performance against underwriting assumptions and incorporate learnings into the planning process.
• Advise senior leadership and support the operational implementation of strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong executive presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex topics to a C-level audience.
• Investor mindset, strong business intuition, and the ability to develop clear investment theses and risk-adjusted recommendations.
• Excellent financial modeling skills, including work with large datasets in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, and developing a strategic finance function.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS, data, or technology company.
• Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or Web3.
