Director, Corporate Development & Special Projects (AI)

What you will do

• Build and scale the corporate development function, including sourcing and execution processes.
• Source, evaluate, and execute strategic investments and technology M&A opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end transactions, including diligence, financial modeling, negotiations, and integration planning.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and ongoing financial benchmarking to inform corporate strategy.
• Lead strategic, cross-functional, complex, and competitively sensitive special projects.
• Support investor relations through narrative development, materials, communications, conference preparation, and fundraising activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; an MBA is preferred but not required.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, VC, or PE, with significant exposure to technology M&A and strategic growth.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and experience working with complex businesses in high-growth, dynamic markets.
• Proficiency with AI tools, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Outstanding communication skills, including presenting to executives, investors, and sophisticated business audiences.
• Strong ownership mentality, intellectual curiosity, pragmatism, and willingness to work hands-on.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Familiarity with Tableau, SFDC, and NetSuite.
