What you will do

• Lead business application strategy, three-year roadmaps, delivery, performance, access, data integrity, and lifecycle management.
• Advise executives and business leaders on application capabilities, technology changes, project intake, prioritization, and vendor decisions.
• Oversee application, infrastructure, and technology budgets, portfolio execution, deployments, service levels, issue management, and outages.
• Manage risk assessments, audits, privacy and compliance controls, data governance, access approvals, and regulatory reviews.
• Act as a business subject matter expert for enterprise programs and review or approve business cases, requirements, project documentation, and deployments.
• Build relationships with business, technology, vendor, and project stakeholders while mentoring colleagues and supporting knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of supported businesses and applications, business testing, project management, change management, governance standards, and the bank’s PDLC methodology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, communication, judgment, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and evaluate complex programs, advise senior leadership, manage confidential information, and work independently or collaboratively.
• Advanced proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office.
