Business Analyst Senior (Data, Modeling & Analytics)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Tysons Corner, VA; or Charlotte, NC, United States

Base salary: $52,500–$87,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Research, collect, interpret, and document business requirements.
• Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, reporting, and procedures.
• Consult with clients and technology teams on business design, problem solving, and project support.
• Translate stakeholder needs into business requirements and facilitate process modeling.
• Perform gap analysis and maintain applicable policy and procedure documentation.
• Support customer-focused decision-making and enterprise risk management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable education, certification, and experience; typically 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Python, relational databases, and SQL queries.
• Experience building reports or dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or Elastic Stack.
• Knowledge of cloud environments, event-driven architectures, Kafka, APIs, and RESTful services.
• Experience with Hadoop, Spark/PySpark, MongoDB, Postman or Swagger, Git, and Agile delivery.
• Must work in-office at one of the listed United States locations; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
