Senior Business Analyst, Business Delivery

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; up to 10% domestic travel annually. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the hiring process.

Salary: $71,300–$124,500 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end operational delivery of complex cross-functional technical and non-technical initiatives.
• Translate priorities into execution plans covering tasks, owners, timelines, success criteria, pilots, UAT, cutover, and operational readiness.
• Identify and manage risks, constraints, dependencies, and mitigation options while coordinating stakeholders across Service, Fulfillment, Technology, Reporting, and Business Enablement.
• Define KPI improvements and partner with Reporting to develop Power BI dashboards, performance metrics, and leadership presentations.
• Create process workflows, documentation, checklists, job aids, communications, and training support for adoption and sustainable handoff.
• Facilitate working sessions and decision checkpoints, build alignment without direct authority, and validate outcomes across continuity, quality, adoption, timeliness, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in service operations, fulfillment, business analysis, or process improvement with project coordination and change support.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis, process mapping, workflow tools, and operational reporting; Power BI experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, E1, Arrow, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and JIRA.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Ability to work from the Dallas, Texas location and attend onsite interviews or office activities when required.

Nice to have

• MBA or Lean/Six Sigma certification.
