Senior Associate, Account Management (Logistics)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; office in Tan Binh District. Willingness to travel to other provinces in southern Vietnam to visit clients and factories is required.

What you will do

• Develop and launch solutions for large and complex global freight-forwarding clients.
• Grow services across air, ocean, domestic and cross-border logistics, trade advisory, customs, and purchase order management.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts by partnering with teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Develop and execute client strategies with operations, procurement, implementation, legal, industry specialists, and trade and financial services teams.
• Build relationships with management-level customer contacts and critical stakeholders at major global brands.
• Monitor industry and supply chain developments and support clients through change.

Requirements

• 5+ years of client-facing experience; logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong track record of delivering innovation and driving results with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience working in complex global team structures and growing local and global business relationships.
• Strategic planning, organization, and ability to operationalize plans.
• Strong English proficiency for written and verbal communication with global stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, collaboration, integrity, and compliance-first mindset.
