Senior Intelligence Analyst

What you will do

• Lead analytical workstreams covering internal investigations, supply chain investigations, compliance reviews, complex case analysis, and threat or vulnerability assessments.
• Produce methodologically robust intelligence reports, assessments, and investigative outputs aligned with NSC governance standards.
• Lead and support multidisciplinary analytical teams working on operational and strategic intelligence objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, operational partners, and stakeholders while maintaining governance, ethics, and data protection standards.
• Design and deliver specialist intelligence training, including training needs analyses, curriculum design, and scenario-based learning for UAE and international clients.
• Mentor analysts and instructors and ensure training meets UAE NQC and EDGE Learning standards.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of law enforcement experience in an intelligence analysis environment.
• Full-time service as a law enforcement officer in intelligence analysis, with formal training delivered by a recognized Five Eyes agency.
• Experience providing analytical intelligence support to criminal investigations.
• Ability to work in sensitive, high-trust environments and manage complex stakeholder interactions.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and executive-level presentations.
• Experience managing analysts in complex, multi-jurisdictional organized-crime investigations is advantageous.
