Regional Security Lead (North West)

What you will do

• Lead regional security policies and operations protecting employees, offices, and equipment.
• Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and develop risk-reduction strategies.
• Supervise and mentor private security guards and armed police personnel.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services during incidents.
• Lead responses to security breaches and accidents, producing factual incident reports.
• Deliver training on security procedures and life-saving protocols, and support asset recovery and fraud investigations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading security teams in guard services or physical security, or 5 years as a supervisor of commissioned military, police, or paramilitary personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Recognized security certification such as CPP, PSP, or CPO.
• Clean criminal record and ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Ability to speak the local dialects of the major tribes in the assigned region.
• Experience with automated security systems, including CCTV cameras and burglary alarm systems.
