Hospitality Supervisor

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Onsite role requiring daily travel between properties, including nights and weekends as business requires.

What you will do

• Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to Hospitality Agents.
• Prioritize, delegate, and support daily tasks to maintain guest experience and team accountability.
• Guide guests through the hirify.global experience and help deliver a strong first impression.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with cross-functional teams.
• Own and update standard operating procedures and support continuous improvement projects.
• Analyze market trends and work with City Operations Leadership to improve property and city operations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing direct reports.
• Proven ability to lead teams through coaching, training, delegation, and accountability.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology for team management and collaboration; basic spreadsheet knowledge, including Google Suite, is required.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 40 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule with availability for nights and weekends; reliable smartphone and transportation required, with daily travel between properties.
