Executive Assistant to Founder (relocate to Australia)

Location: Based in Sydney, Australia, with hybrid work and visa sponsorship available for the right candidate

What you will do

• Support the Founder by triaging a high volume of meeting requests and optimising the calendar around strategic priorities.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and maintain clear communication across the business.
• Coordinate meeting preparation, research, presentation materials, decks, and visual communications.
• Plan travel arrangements and detailed trip itineraries.
• Manage expenses, documentation, ad hoc requests, team events, off-sites, and gifts.
• Identify ways to improve executive effectiveness, including leveraging AI where possible.

Requirements

• Strong Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting C-suite leaders in global technology or SaaS companies.
• Ability to work at pace, manage shifting priorities, and handle a high volume of requests.
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, organisation, attention to detail, and practical judgement.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to be based in Sydney, Australia; the role includes hybrid collaboration on campus.
