Salary: $240,000 - $310,000

What you will do
- Lead the AI and automation agenda to reimagine workflows and unlock step-change improvements in efficiency and speed.
- Build and develop a high-performing Central Operations team, setting strategic vision and a culture of accountability.
- Define and maintain the standards framework, including SOPs, controls, and quality benchmarks across all ops teams.
- Own the KPI framework and operational reporting, serving as the authoritative source for measuring success.
- Govern the operational tool stack, managing configuration, vendor relationships, and license management.
- Establish the L&D foundation for onboarding, skills development, and manager training.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in operations, business operations, or product.
- 3-5 years of experience leading teams.
- Proven track record of leading transformation or automation initiatives, including deploying AI tools in an operational context.
- Expertise in building operational infrastructure such as SOPs, KPIs, and controls frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills to turn reporting into actionable insights.
- Must be based in New York City.
Nice to have
- Experience operating in compliance-adjacent or regulated high-stakes service environments.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
