Talent Acquisition Specialist (On-site)

Location: On-site in Roseville, California, USA

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 gross annual base salary

hirify.global is expanding its semiconductor manufacturing business in the United States, including silicon carbide chip production at its Roseville site.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment partners.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, records, reporting, and recruitment documentation in an ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and fill positions efficiently.
• Support employer branding activities, career fairs, and recruitment events.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, improve hiring processes, and keep stakeholders informed of pipeline progress.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across engineering, IT, and non-exempt roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, facilities, electronics/mechatronics, IT, technician, mechanic, and production positions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Indefinite authorization to work in the United States is required; future work authorization sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Experience with SmartRecruiters.
