Paralegal (Insurance Litigation)

Location: Hybrid role in Westminster, Colorado; office attendance is required. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Salary: $62,100–$70,000 per year, with potential yearly incentive pay of up to 15% of base salary.

What you will do

• Assist attorneys with discovery, pre-trial matters, assigned case files, and other legal services under supervision.
• Prepare cases for court appearances, depositions, and trials.
• Contact and coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses throughout litigation.
• Collect medical records and prepare medical record summaries, billing summaries, and medical chronologies.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery-related documents.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or personal injury.
• Prior litigation paralegal experience, including discovery responses, trial preparation, and drafting motions and pleadings.
• Familiarity with Colorado court rules and procedures.
• Experience reviewing medical records and preparing medical chronologies.
• Strong organization, independent workload management, prioritization, multitasking, written communication, and attention to detail.
• Must be eligible to work lawfully in the U.S. immediately; visa sponsorship is not available. A paralegal degree, certificate, certification, medical training, relevant coursework, or legal studies degree is required.
