Senior Engineer - Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance

Location: BangPa-in, Thailand

What you will do

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment.
• Implement containment actions and long-term corrective solutions for equipment and process issues.
• Monitor and improve performance using Cpk, MTBF, MTTR, and OEE indicators.
• Support product and technology transfers between manufacturing sites.
• Train technicians and manufacturing personnel and supervise technical execution.
• Ensure safety compliance, including laser-radiation controls, and protect company technologies and sensitive information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Software, Robotics, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of AI, data analytics, automation systems, and data-mining techniques.
• Understanding of Digital Twin concepts for equipment, process modeling, or manufacturing systems, plus basic IT, database, and scripting knowledge.
