Senior CRM Functional Consultant (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Design and implement custom CRM solutions, including system architectures, process maps, and low-level designs.
• Analyze business processes for banks and credit unions and translate client needs into functional requirements.
• Automate repetitive tasks and develop workflows to improve operations and customer engagement.
• Create training materials, deliver user workshops, and provide post-go-live support.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, develop release plans, maintain project documentation, and coordinate testing.
• Lead strategic discussions, manage client relationships, resolve complex project challenges, and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business processes and project lifecycles.
• Valid CRM certification.
• Extensive experience implementing CRM solutions in the financial services industry, especially for banks and credit unions.
• Ability to lead strategic discussions, manage client relationships, and combine strategic thinking with practical execution.
