Salary: $105,000–$129,000 (Base Salary and discretionary Performance Bonus)

What you will do

• Provide high-quality business consulting services and advice to senior-level stakeholders to support strategic objectives.
• Lead exercises to assess, develop, and execute winning strategies for businesses across the organization.
• Support the sourcing, qualification, diligence, and execution of M&A, joint ventures, and partnerships within Canada.
• Generate insights from industry trends and disruptions to determine likely impact and strategic responses.
• Design and lead presentations and discussions for Steering Committees and the executive team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, finance, or strategy & planning.
• University degree in Commerce, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, and ability to influence without authority.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of financial acumen and experience navigating large, multi-disciplinary organizations.

Nice to have

• Financial Services industry experience, particularly in global asset and wealth management.
• Additional business education or designations such as MBA, CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA.
