Focus on advising organizations with significant cloud spend, identifying savings and automation opportunities, and translating customer feedback into product improvements.
Location: Remote from Canada; travel up to 20% for customer engagements, events, customer success initiatives, and renewal efforts.

What you will do
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Cloud Cost Optimization, Autonomous Workload Optimization, and Data Cloud Optimization.
- Consult with existing customers to understand business requirements and create tailored paths to FinOps outcomes.
- Run customer sessions and workshops focused on cloud cost optimization, product adoption, and capability building.
- Develop and regularly update customer best practices, training materials, and enablement content.
- Lead business reviews presenting cost savings, automation outcomes, and strategic recommendations.
- Partner with sales, solution engineering, customer success, renewals, product, engineering, and support teams to improve customer outcomes and solutions.
Requirements
- Experience consulting with customers managing significant cloud spend and designing tailored paths to success.
- Experience running recurring customer sessions and workshops to advise and coach organizations on cloud and FinOps.
- Experience with FinOps products, custom-built products, or cloud-native tools from the three major cloud providers.
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable product insights.
- FinOps Certified Practitioner certification.
Nice to have
- Cloud Practitioner certification.
- FinOps Certified FOCUS Analyst certification.
