Account Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Rome, Italy

Salary: €28,000–€40,000 per year, depending on experience, responsibilities, location, and performance.

What you will do

• Turn inbound interest into long-term client partnerships by understanding client contexts and proposing suitable solutions.
• Oversee the health, satisfaction, and profitability of a client portfolio.
• Develop existing accounts and increase their value through consultative relationship building.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective client solutions and a consistent end-to-end experience.
• Track retention, satisfaction, and growth indicators to prioritize account activities.

Requirements

• Initial experience working directly with end clients, ideally selling services or similar offerings.
• Curiosity, flexibility, strong listening skills, and motivation to help clients solve real problems.
• Ambition, ownership, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working effectively with others.
• Fluent English and proficiency in at least one additional language; Italian, German, or French are preferred.
• Comfort working with diverse clients in multicultural environments.
