What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Manage high-volume daily customer interactions including calls, meetings, and demos to boost engagement.
  • Ensure full product adoption via proactive training, check-ins, and strategic business reviews.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify optimization opportunities and maximize lifetime value.
  • Minimize churn through tailored strategies enhancing customer satisfaction and platform use.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve customer experience and processes.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work remotely from Italy
  • 3-5 years experience in SaaS in CSM, Account Management, or Sales with proven upselling success.
  • Strong sales-oriented mindset with ability to exceed revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • German as mother tongue and English proficiency at C1 level.
  • Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is a strong plus.
