What you will do

• Lead AI solution discovery with functional leaders and subject matter experts, translating business friction and ambiguous needs into practical solutions.
• Design, deliver, and continuously improve AI agents, workflows, automations, prompt-based solutions, skills, and related tools.
• Balance business value, usability, speed, scalability, enterprise architecture, security, and governance requirements.
• Partner with end users to validate requirements, gather feedback, support adoption, and incorporate change-management considerations.
• Create reusable solution patterns, playbooks, templates, documentation, and best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, measure adoption and business outcomes, and contribute to enterprise AI transformation.

Requirements

• Strong applied AI expertise, including AI agents, workflow automation, prompt-based solutions, and related tools.
• Ability to translate complex or ambiguous business problems into requirements, solution concepts, and working deliverables.
• Strong product mindset and ability to balance user needs, business value, technical feasibility, scalability, and sustainability.
• Experience rapidly developing and iterating practical solutions while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Strong project management, organization, stakeholder coordination, communication, and change-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with centralized AI transformation functions and stakeholders across the organization.
