AI Automation Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Plano, Texas, United States)

What you will do

• Partner with ops leaders and change partners to scope and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Design and build AI-powered workflows and agent configurations to reduce manual effort at scale.
• Deploy, test, and iterate on production-grade automations, defining success metrics and measuring impact via dashboards.
• Evaluate agent output quality in production and drive improvement cycles based on identified failure modes.
• Define and refine best practices for how AI tooling is built and deployed within the ops division.
• Stay ahead of the tooling landscape to bring new approaches and frameworks to the team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical or operations role building workflow automations and process improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to ship production-grade automations rather than just prototypes.
• Strong understanding of business operations and processes to build functional, real-world solutions.
• Ability to define measurement metrics and use data to drive decisions.
• Must be based in Plano, Texas, and available to work from the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech or SaaS operations.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or agent configuration.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks and workflow automation tooling.
