What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain AI Agents and AI-powered workflows for business operations.
- Develop monitoring, logging, and observability for agent behaviors and safety rules.
- Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions and scalable automation.
- Build LLM-based applications using prompts, multi-agent solutions, RAG, and tool/function calling.
- Integrate AI solutions with internal systems and third-party platforms, including automation pipelines.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical business applications.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience building AI applications, AI Agents, or workflow automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with leading LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, Llama) and modern AI-assisted development tools.
- Practical familiarity with agentic concepts (planning, tool-using agents, retrieval-augmented generation) and multi-agent systems.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, third-party services, or internal business systems.
- Basic programming skills in Python and familiarity with prompt engineering, AI workflow design, or RAG.
- Experience in FinTech, trading, risk management, and/or digital assets.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
