Director, AI Governance & Enterprise Solutions (AI)

Location: Remote (US Only); employment requires eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Own the Momentive Context Library, including its architecture, taxonomy, content standards, and shared organizational knowledge.
• Define technical review criteria, quality standards, design patterns, and templates for AI agents, skills, and connectors.
• Lead technical reviews and approval recommendations for AI agents submitted through the AI Operations Hub.
• Design and build AI agents, skills, connectors, and tooling for intake review, registry management, and performance monitoring.
• Advise cross-functional spoke teams on AI architecture, deployment, monitoring, security, and production troubleshooting.
• Evaluate AI platforms and tooling while partnering with Corporate IT on enterprise infrastructure and application strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and building software or AI systems, including 3+ years with large language models, AI agents, and production AI deployments.
• Expertise in AI agent architectures, LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG, tool use, function calling, context management, and agent evaluation.
• Experience deploying production AI agents with observability, access controls, failure handling, and secure operational standards.
• Knowledge of shared knowledge repositories, information architecture, AI risk management, NIST AI RMF, and responsible AI principles.
• Strong communication skills and experience setting technical standards in cross-functional enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Claude Enterprise, Azure OpenAI Service, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms.
• Experience developing technical training, workshops, reference materials, and reusable design pattern libraries.
