Senior Manager, Performance Media Analytics CE & EE (m/f/d)

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the Frankfurt office

What you will do

• Lead media performance analytics and measurement across Central and Eastern European markets.
• Deliver actionable insights to optimize media spend, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance, and agency teams to support data-led decisions.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and performance reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Support attribution, incrementality testing, and other marketing effectiveness initiatives.
• Identify trends and opportunities that improve business outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong experience in media analytics, marketing analytics, or performance marketing.
• Deep understanding of digital media channels and performance metrics.
• Experience translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on driving growth through data and insights.
