What you will do

• Lead omni-channel media strategy across paid social, programmatic display, video, and CTV.
• Manage end-to-end media planning, including campaign briefs, RFP processes, and budget reconciliation.
• Oversee creative strategy and testing in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.
• Analyze campaign performance to drive optimizations in CAC efficiency, CTR, and revenue metrics.
• Collaborate with analytics and finance teams to maintain dashboards and report on KPIs.
• Manage relationships with media partners, DSPs, and influencer/creator networks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in paid media with expertise in Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic buying.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale media budgets for performance and growth.
• Proficiency with measurement tools including CM360, Tableau, Salesforce, and DSPs like DV360 or The Trade Desk.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive narratives.
• Experience managing influencer or creator partnerships within a paid media context.
