What you will do
- Run and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels.
- Generate creative concepts and maintain a backlog of references and testing ideas.
- Own channel, creative, and funnel scaling decisions and remain accountable for acquisition results.
- Collaborate with creative, product, web/SEO, and analytics teams to launch campaigns.
- Maintain structured experiment tracking so insights compound across channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or digital consumer services.
- Strong Meta campaign experience plus hands-on work with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, or similar platforms.
- Experience promoting mobile applications, including web-to-app acquisition models.
- Ability to formulate hypotheses, launch variants, analyze results, and optimize continuous testing loops.
- Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, funnel analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, and AppsFlyer or similar tools.
- English at B2 level required.

- Familiarity with the Philippine market.
