Business Analyst Trainee

Location: Hybrid position based in Málaga, Spain; relocation is mandatory.

What you will do

• Participate in software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Support the product owner and act as a bridge between developers and business stakeholders.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into user stories, process flows, and product requirements.
• Manage backlogs, identify improvement areas, and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Maintain functional documentation and explain new concepts to non-technical users.
• Support testing activities, including scenario creation, user acceptance testing, and reporting results.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies.
• Assertive written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional English is required as the primary working language.
• Ability to relocate to Málaga, Spain is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of banking and finance, especially trade finance.
• More than six months of professional experience.
• Spanish language skills.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
