Business Analyst Trainee

Location: Hybrid position based in Málaga, Spain; relocation to Spain is mandatory.

What you will do

• Participate in software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Support the product owner with decision-making and act as a bridge between developers and business stakeholders.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into user stories, process flows, and product requirements.
• Manage backlogs, identify improvement areas, and ensure solutions align with business requirements.
• Maintain functional documentation and explain new concepts to non-technical users.
• Support testing activities by creating scenarios, conducting user acceptance testing, and reporting results.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies.
• Assertive written and verbal communication, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional English required as the primary language of the international working environment.
• Interest in learning trade finance solutions and their technical aspects.
• Availability to work in Málaga, Spain, with mandatory relocation.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of banking and finance.
• More than six months of experience.
• Spanish language skills.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
