What you will do

• Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer business requirements and operational objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and IT solutions aligned with the IT strategy.
• Support the IT Product Manager with product and service planning based on customer requirements.
• Document current challenges, future requirements, expected benefits, and solution specifications.
• Monitor external business trends and use them to challenge and refine requirements.
• Coordinate Product Management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation.

Requirements

• Degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with impact analysis and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of scientific and technological laboratories.
• Knowledge of English required.
• Ability to work in the Getafe area near Madrid, Spain.
