Area Supervisor

Location: Leesburg, Virginia, United States
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise daily operations across multiple sites, including schedules, maintenance, quality, safety, and procedures.
• Develop operating budgets, control expenses, and implement production plans.
• Monitor ongoing work, identify operational issues, and develop solutions.
• Manage customer questions and concerns while supporting service quality and company performance.
• Interview, hire, train, assign, coach, evaluate, and discipline employees.
• Maintain attendance and leave records, distribute uniforms, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of related experience and industry knowledge.
• Ability to manage employees, operatives, and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of asset management and maintenance techniques.
• Strong computer, verbal communication, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver’s license may be required; ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds.
