Bilingual Site Supervisor

Location: Menlo Park, California, United States
Shift: 6:00 PM–2:30 AM, Monday–Friday

Salary: $71,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate the activities of company and temporary employees within the assigned program.
• Train, supervise, instruct, interview, and evaluate employees on tasks, policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Conduct quality, service, sanitation, OSHA, equipment, and workplace safety inspections.
• Track equipment, supplies, maintenance, repairs, training, attendance, inspections, and performance metrics.
• Prepare pass-down, weekly, and monthly reports and communicate employee or customer issues to management.
• Correct at-risk behavior, recommend corrective actions, and help resolve operational problems.

Requirements

• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, plus a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, training, coaching, presentation, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of database, internet, spreadsheet, and word-processing software.
• Ability to understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and write routine reports.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds.
• A valid driver’s license and forklift certification may be required.

• Spanish bilingual skills.
• Experience using forklifts and pallet jacks.
