Site Manager (Facilities Management)

What you will do

• Direct site programs and implement company policies to meet contract obligations and customer requirements.
• Plan service schedules, assign personnel to routes, and direct supervisory staff.
• Inspect facilities and evaluate safety, quality, service delivery, equipment, supplies, and space utilization.
• Manage budgets, labor hours, overhead, expenses, billing, forecasting, estimates, bids, and contract-related documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, employees, contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to resolve service issues and maintain contract performance.
• Maintain a safe workplace and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, plus 2–5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, problem-solving, planning, time management, project management, presentation, interviewing, coaching, and training skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Experience supervising employees, including hiring, scheduling, performance evaluation, training, and resolving complaints.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the role.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
