Site Manager, Manufacturing

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct site programs and implement company policies to fulfill customer contract obligations.
• Plan service schedules, assign personnel to routes, and oversee supervisory management supporting facility programs.
• Inspect facilities for safety, quality, service, and program compliance while maintaining inventories of supplies and equipment.
• Manage budgets, labor hours, overhead, expenses, billing, forecasting, estimates, and contract-related documentation.
• Coordinate customers, clients, employees, contractors, and subcontractors, including meetings and contract-status communications.
• Address human resources matters, support staff training, and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, problem-solving, planning, time-management, and project-management skills.
• Experience with customer service, interviewing, coaching, training, and responding to customer or regulatory inquiries.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Ability to manage employees in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws, including hiring, scheduling, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
• A valid driver’s license may be required; some travel is required.
